A simple idea, brewed into something special.
PANOVA Café was born in Sitamarhi with an unwavering promise: “Trust the Taste”. We envisioned a warm European-inspired haven where families, students, and travelers could discover authentic bakery craftsmanship, French pastries, and specialty espresso right here in north Bihar.
From our very first morning bake at Sahu Chowk, we resolved never to compromise on purity. Every single dessert is 100% vegetarian, every batch of cookies is freshly baked in our own ovens, and every espresso shot is pulled from carefully sourced, slow-roasted coffee beans.
